Protea Metering is ripping us off
<p>i have been paying so much money on water, sewer services and electricity. i trully believe that Protea metering's reading is completely off. i have finally decided to move out of the apartment!</p>

You determine the consumption, Council determines the tariff. Perhaps you should cut down on consumption.
