Protea metering is out of line

Good day guys. I am currently staying at devland Gardens (habitat properties)...last week i woke up without electricity yet the previous day i had bought electricity.. I called protea metering it took them 5 hours to fix my electricity..Thursday i bought electricity twice on friday it reported that i am owing 459 i called to ask how.. On Saturday still reported 579..to my surprise this morning my lights are of that i need to pay 716 for my lights to be back up... When i ask them to explain they are telling me that because i was not home last month those are my charges.. I really do not understand because i was still loading while i wasn't home.. I really feel like m being ****med.
