Protea Metering is a ****
Can someone explain what kind of **** Protea Metering is running? We load electricity every week but always receiving emails that our credit is running out.
Also, how do we check how much electricity we actually buying because that stupid website only reflects monetary value instead of Kilowatts? Protea Metering should be ashamed for ripping us off like this!!

We need to have the complex name & unit number to be able to assist. You may be using the app that only reflects the available credit - you need to log on to your OAMI profile to view details of consumption etc.
