Protea metering is a ****!!!!
Nomatter how cheap or beautiful a complex is....if they use Protea metering just leave!!!! They will frustrate you and always make it seem like its your fault... they will never take responsibility.....save your hard earned money and just avoid Protea metering!!!!!!

The promulgated tariffs are the same for all complexes.
We were appointed by the Body Corporate to collect the electricity & water funds according to each tenant's true readings on their behalf. Charges are therefore according to the actual consumption for your unit.
You are billed according to the COJ promulgated tariffs. You will therefore pay for your consumption at the same rate that you are curretly billed for irrespective of who takes the readings.
The Body Corporate needs to recoup sufficiently to cover the COJ bulk account charges.
Summary of charges on the latest billing cycle:
