Protea metering - *********** or *******?

This organization is a joke. How traumatic it is for me to deal with such ********* and *********** people. I purchased electricity on their OAMI last week Wednesday. To date my electricity has not been topped up! How ridiculous! I have called, emailed and emailed, call Centre staff tells me that the money is not reflecting despite me emailing proof of payment, I was also told they are having server problems, the I was told the money must have been misallocated. What kind of a Mickey Mouse organization is this!? I spoke to a Susan at the call center, she said she would call me back in an hour, it’s days later, no word from her. I sent an email to the info email and copied someone called Troy, no response. This is pathetic. And disgusting.

Judging by the endless complaints on this platform, it’s clear we are dealing with a bunch of *******. I think the media needs to be alerted to the ********* business being run by Protea metering. I just want my refund or the electricity that I BOUGHT!!! uploaded. How difficult can this be!????
