PROTEA METERING ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION CHARGES!!!

If i could rate a zero instead of 1 star i would. I am a tenant at Delta Valencia, twice this month i have received emails of how my electricity has spiked to a over 2000 kwh in a day speriod. I leave the house 5am, dont even shower because i shower at the gym, do not cook during the week, only on weekends. That means on a normal day between 5am and 18:00, the geyser that we are not even supposed to switch on and off, and the refrigerator are the only two appliances using electricity, and yet i am expected to deposit over R8000 into my credit wallet? Someone from protea metering better draw me a picture because none of this makes sense. How can a unit spike consumption from 92 to 8092 in a day?????
