Protea metering driver

After being informed twice (spoke to Rodger, who I was informed is the fleet manager) about their driver/s, which has no problem in overtaking traffic in the emergency lane, to force their way in the front where the congestion point is.

After the 3rd incident in 4 working days, I am now placing this post on hopefully a more public forum.
