Protea metering ****************

This company ripped out people so badly. Their service is so bad, even when you email don't get answered, only acknowledge email, yesterday they send me an email saying they have disconnected my account because i was owing, my electricity was off, i couldn't login on their app for a good 30 mins to check my account, after 30 mins my electricity was back and was able to login on their app only to find out i still had credit.

This morning same thing happened and i had to call their 012 number playing music for 15 minutes till my airtime got finish.

Its really frustrating that you dont get the help you need when you need it, they just do as they please.
