Protea Metering billing

Protea metering is robbing us day light. Their billing system is never accurate. We are being over charged and when you riase your concerns with them. They are so dismissive. I've been around in different complexes but ive never had to pay so much. Mind you I stay in 1 Bedroom. And im always at work. When im at work the only thing thats plugged in is a fridge. How do you then justify running out of R1000.00 units before 30 days??? We are being ******!!!
