Protea metering
Protea metering is a day light robery I want to warn everyone about them. Their reading are so ridiculous they charge you even when the is no power the next thing when you ask them they cant even explain their readings. I even asked them to send me cancelation forms and they agreed on our telephonic conversation however later send me an email stating that unfortunately they can not send me cancelation forms I need to speak to my building manager of which I spoke to him prior to contacting them. I just dont know what to do anymore I just dont wanna use their services anymore.

The residents are the only ones having control over the readings and the number of units consumed. That is not at all controlled by the service provider who merely records the readings.
If you suspect your meter to be faulty, kindly contact our offices and ask for the promulgated procedures to be provided. If the meter test reveals that the meter is indeed faulty, the prescribed fee for the testing will be credited to your account and the account will be rectified according to the results of the meter test.
