I forgot to cancel my account with them in time (as you should give all south african business 6 months period to process anything) but within 20 mins of emailing them and getting of the phone with an agent, my request to cancel my account with them was acknowledged and actioned with the closing line "Please note that your account will be closed off on 29/08/2022, as we are closed over the weekends." and look, I appreciate that so much.
