My lease commenced in May 2023. Water utility statements from May 2023 through December 2023 and throughout 2024 indicate a zero balance. Subsequently, an invoice for R900.00 was issued in January 2025, followed by an additional invoice for R7,000.00 five months later. A demand for partial payment of these amounts has been issued. Furthermore, the lease agreement does not specify a standard rate of R320 for water utility charges. Any advice

At the Housing Tribunal on the morning of the 19th you stated that you do not dispute that you owe the amount and we had offered an arrangement for payment once again.
To date you do not seem to be interested in accepting the arrangement that was offered for months now.

At the Housing Tribunal on the morning of the 19th you stated that you do not dispute that you owe the amount and we had offered an arrangement for payment once again.
To date you do not seem to be interested in accepting the arrangement that was offered for months now.
