PROTEA METERING ARE DAYLIGHT ******S & USELESS SERVICE PROVIDERS!!!!

I have been staying in our new apartment for 6 months now, but we used Protea metering at our other complex too, I must be honest we never really had a problem our electricity and water was manageable untill we have been living in the new complex, at first we were charged for the water deposit but their is a agreement with our complex and them regarding it so we shouldn't be charged for it, twice I had to phone regarding this, second time we were being charge for not paying it yet and the consultant told me they removed it from the invoice and not our account... Issue was resolved after a long call and a upset customer and a rude consultant... Last month they made a switch now using the credit wallet thing, got a sms today R300 removed from my account, "oh no it was before we made the switch with credit-wallet so they only took it now" and then I asked well why don't I get a invoice or why wasn't it taken of last month, how should I know these things? "oh no it's because we don't send the invoices anymore you work with the credit wallet and you must see what is going on with the website" .. Now I am like how should I know what is going on if we cannot see that credit before the credit wallet switch... It makes my mad, some people live on a budget and then you get people like protea metering that just does what they want on your account and think money grows on trees.. My husband and I are hardly home, some nights we eat at my parents house because he works late and I wait for him at their house but still R500 doesn't last us? Geyser is on 2 hours a day, and I do washing once a week ... PROTEA METERING ARE ******S!!!
