They ridiculously charge our water and electricity consumption, when you call and request for answers, they lie and say there is a leakage, they cant explain their own system, they rob us our credits every single day, I am tired of donating my money to protea metering, they are always getting away with it, multiple complexes are complaining, no one does anything, they are benefitting from this
