Protea metering ****

Currently a tenant at zelri properties, This protea metering nonsense is just another **** to rip people off their hard earnings.. I don't even understand how they calculate their readings. You can sleep or be away with a credit of R100 or any amount when you wake up the next day you suddenly on a credit.. Like what the hell.who uses my water and electricity when I'm not home??? You call them they make you hold for about 3 to 4 hours yet consuming airtime after holding the story ull get is "reading were not deducted the previous days" .i wish there was another alternative we can use rather than using protea.. What a waste and nonsense.. Before moving in to any property find out if the electricity service provider is with protea metering. if it is don't bother to move in u r in for a ****. Thy don't care about their customers they just rip us our money
