Protea Metering ****

My apartment has been left unoccupied since the 20th of December. A week before I left I had bought R400 electricity, less than 5 days later it was used up that time we didn’t have water for over 4 days so I wasn’t cooking not bathing I then left for Limpopo on the 20th leaving the apartment unoccupied, I received notifications saying my electricity has run out after I loaded R150 before I left. Literally two days ago I decided to buy R50 to just see until I go back since they said the electricity ran out. Tell me why a day later literally a day later I get a text saying, there’s nothing. I check the consumption data and it literally shows 0 on water usage and less than 3KW for electricity (I left my fridge on) I’m shook.
