Protea Metering ****.

I moved to a New apartment Grand Central Towers they billed me R640 upfront for electricity. After registering the balance was -R633 and I had to pay that first before topping up which didn’t make sense because I haven’t even moved in yet. On the 29th of April I paid the R640 and also paid the R240 on top.

I moved in on Tuesday the 30th of April and now it’s the 02nd of May. My water bill is R894 which doesn’t make sense because I haven’t used that much water. I’m staying alone and there’s no way I would use that much water. I received a call from them saying I should check leakages and they will refund me my money. Now my balance is on -R346 I’m failing to understand how. Please rectify that because it’s really not it. I’ve been calling and it’s not going through.
