Protea Metering
Been struggling to buy electricity from last week Thursday bought via the bank app and money was deducted but didn’t receive any token numbers , called them yesterday was requested to submit proof of payment through an email I did so but no response since yesterday call them again today spoke to a lady by the name of FIONA and she was very rude to me and told me to send another email to info they have a high volume than she hang up on me! PROTEA METERING IS A USELESS COMPANY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE.
