Protea metering

If you want peace of mind "DO NOT" move into a complex with protea metering as their service provider for electricity, that company is a ****, daylight ******s, how can one top up r200 every second day without the geyser being on, we not even half way through the month but I am already on r1000. They changed the meters, apparently the were updating the system, it's now worse than ever and IHS doesn't even care to look into the matter as long as they get their rent nothing else matters
