PROTEA METERING 100% INCOMPETENCY
Protea Metering Portfolio Manager by the name of ODI is very inconsiderate and ***********.
Over six months with this service provider it has been a living hell. they're system was changed to wallet and it over bills me ridiculous amounts now and then it sends me a statement that says I am owing 500 000.00 just this month i have a statement showing i am owing 270 990.00 and it happened for 5 times now and as it happens my electricity if cup off we are left stranded its over 24 hours now without electricity.
sent an email at 9:00 today 25/10/20129 demanding a new account with new meter number ODI has not responded.
