These people really know what they doing ey they are so quick to cut off electricity then u recharge u have to call them and beg them to switch on...

If the electricity is switched off, it means that you have waited to long to make a payment.
Our commitment for reconnection after cut action due to non-payment is for the same day that payment is received.
Without the account number or premise address, it is not possible to check your account, but if reconnection was not done on the same day as when payment was sent to us, kindly contact the portfolio manager for further investigation of the matter?
