Poor service - prepaid electricity

What a bad service I have experienced at Protea Metering in Centurion Rooihuiskraal North!! Every time when I buy prepaid electricity I need to phone or text them, due to delays or *********** systems they are using. The electricity I bought yesterday on 10June 2019...guess what? it is still not loaded even after phoning, texting and emailed proof of payment. I am disguisted :(
