Poor service at protea metering
I recently contacted protea metering with regards to excessive bills.
On the emergency the number the lady answering the phone is so disengaged, uninterested , you literally have to beg for her assistance.
They kept on making empty promises regarding sorting out the problem.they actually don't care coz we have no choice to pay otherwise our services are cut

The emergency number is for emergencies only, not for account queries. The standby operator does not have the resources available to assist with account queries.. I do believe that you have received a proper response from the Portfolio Manger on the email that you have sent.
Please be so kind to complete and return the Application form that was forwarded since we do not have any of your details on our system.
Also please do not hesitate to communicate with the Portfolio Manager should you require any further assistance.
