poor pathetic service from protea metering

Absolutely horrible services from the consultants to the manager. WE ONLY GET PAID ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH BUT THEY EXPECT US TO PAY FOR THE ACCOUNT ON THE 27TH. I spoke to the consultant who told me i need to speak to an hazel or send an email regarding change of date on the invoice and after doing that they said they cannot assist us and its not their problem we need to learn how to budget properly, i don't understand how is it possible to make payment on the 27th when we only get paid days later, you guys services are so pathetic. We are 2 people that works 6 days a week we leave home at 7 and get home at 6 in the evening so exactly how can we be consuming so much electricity and water, of the agents said they had to change a couple of meters in the complex near us so probably there are faulty meters in our complex also but protea metering denied everything and we are not the only people in the complex that has a problem, everyone is having a problem, they have completely unreasonable prices for everything and when we question it they say we using that much water but how, how are we using that much when we not at home, there's no one there for 80% of the day, then we are left to pay for everything and if we don't pay then they cut the electricity. they also cut the electricity if not paid on time even though they got the wrong date, what did you need the lease for and why cant your'll just change the date to the last day of the month, not everyone works for a scheming company and earns a lot for doing nothing like you people so its not like we can pay in advance for the next month either, you people are really up to no good.

Good day Karjil

Your water account is linked to your prepaid electricity account for the purpose of automated credit control action should the water account fall into arrears.  Managing payments in such a manner that you do not run out of electricity by the time that you allow the water account to fall behind is completely under your control.

In the same manner, only the residents of a household has control over the number of kl of water consumed.  The mere recording of the readings does not give us any control over the consumption - all is managed by the residents.  It is advisable that you ensure that you have no leaks.  Please contact your Portfolio Manager for further advice in this regard.

Please note that the meters are the property of the Body Corporate, and that water funds are collected on their behalf.  Protea Metering records the readings only and we are not responsible for the maintenance of the meters.  If you suspect that your meter is faulty please also contact the Portfolio Manager who will guide you on the steps to follow to have the meter tested.

Kind regards

Management:  Protea Metering

Our account was not in arrears, your'll sent the invoice on the 7th and expected payment on the 27th, when it clearly stated on the lease that our debit date is on the last day but your'll don't give a damn your'll just cut the electricity.
So you saying that even though nobody is at home almost the entire day that our water account is correct and that we are in fact using enough water for probably more than 5 people?
Our portfolio manager is completely unhelpful, in fact everyone at protea metering is obviously unhelpful, I'd understand if we were one of few experiencing problems because then it will be something wrong on our side but it seems like 90% of people that are obligated to use your'lls system are experiencing problems, your'lls automated system doesn't even work properly, we receive emails saying we have a certain amount of kilowatts remaining and when we check it it's actually way less or sometimes more, but there's clearly no point arguing from what I've seen other people go through its obvious your'll don't do anything to correct your'lls problems.

So to everyone moving in to new complexes please check your'lls metering system and if it does happen to be protea metering I highly advise you not to go ahead even if the property is good, you will experience a tremendous amount of issues with this company protea metering.
And we'll if you choose to live in Villa Bianco then you just *****ed.
