Poor customer service from Protea metering and Wynand from Amantle Properties

How can a business have faulty systems everyday - what kind of systems that suffers lot? Do you ever practice good customer service to your clients? A month cannot complete without me noticing incorrect figures into my account. My account is always up to date (topped up) and then within the month I will receive a message that I owe more that R2000. Guys this is not a joke. Protea metering and Wynand, you are providing the worst service to Amantle Properties Capital heights tenants.
