Pathetic and unacceptable

We just moved into Louisa Park Centurion at the beginning of this month. We initially bought electricity for R100 and received 40 units, then immediately bought R200 for 78units, a week after it was finished and we toped up for R600 to get received only 220 units, 1.5weeks later it’s depleted and we just loaded R300 for only 105 units. In 21days we have spent R1200 on electricity and the month hasn’t ended yet, we really cannot accept this and have never seen it before. Please come and investigate on why are we getting so less units and this high consumption that cannot be justified:( It’s just me, my partner and our little daughter. We only switch on the geyser 2hrs each morning and cook twice a week and have a gas heater. Really these few things cannot take up so much electricity!! We cannot go on like this!
