Parasites: watch out!!!
Bunch of ******** and out to milk people's money. My water bill where I previously stayed was R150 and then I wasn't using this S** Protea metering system. Now that I'm exposed to this parasites I pay roughly R400 per month. I don't even have a washing machine nor dish washer. This people are not living to their word but milking out residents.

R150 per month for water and sewer sounds like a fixed amount, and if not it may be that the meter was faulty.
We are charging water and sewer according to actual consumption, and funds collected are paid over to the Body Corporate for them to be able to settle the bulk account for the complex. Since it is not our money your accusation that we " milk people's money" is far from the truth - that is simply not how this Company operates.
With our billing system what you actually use use is what you pay for.
I you feel that the consumption is to high, have you had your unit checked for any possible water leaks?
If you are calling us parasites and ********, please provide the evidence that the reading or the calculation is incorrect - please forward such information to our info email address for further assistance.
