Paperless but PAINFUL!!!!!
<p>Horrible service from Protea Metering. Does not inform me about any information regarding switching my account from one unit to another in the SAME complex!!! Very dissapointed as I have to sepak to a different person everytime. Seeing from the reviews its as clear as water that I am not the only one.</p>
