Over charge of electricity, water billing

Im staying in Midrand Grand central , I’m being billed +-R70 each and everyday by protea metering. It’s always “ Our systems are not reading properly, or other excuses that their connection to the meter is not ready well “ but this is affecting me and costing a hefty amount of money every week.
