Not USER FRIENDLY AT ALL
Besides the ridiculous administrative costs to have access to checking the state of your account...it’s a confusing mess to try update and change your account details!!! The website is not friendly or easy to manoeuvre. Their intention is to act as a helpful middleman but their whole business model baffles and makes no sense for the consumer as it’s not customer centric.
