No reconnecting after topping up
My unit's ran out and loaded within 10 minutes and I still haven't been reconnected since 9 am and now it's 16h00. They're not answering any calls, you stay on hold the whole day and nob9dy ever gets back to you via emails. Horrible horrible service from them.
