NO HOT WATER EVEN IN WINTER AND WE GET CHARGED EXORBITANTLY FOR IT
Still paying 4 times more than I used to pay at all my previous places. The worst part is there is never any hot water. This complex, protea metering and BC are just a ****. Do not stay at Saffron gardens honeydew!!!!

Kindly note that all electricity & water funds collected are paid over to the Body Corporate, who is responsible for payment of the bulk account.
Protea Metering simply records the readings - we were not involved in the design and development of the electricity and water infrastructure of the complex.
If you struggle with hot water from the communal hot water system, please report that to the Body Corporate? They are responsible for maintenance thereof.
