No electricity at carnival gardens
There's no electricity at carnival gardens, and no one has an answer to what is happening, since so since I'm buying electricity from protea they need to provide answers as to why, we currently do not have load shedding!! So what is happening??!? Some of us work at home...SO PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS MATTER!!!

Although Protea Metering is providing the internal reading service, we are not responsible for the bulk supply of electricity to the complex.
We are however aware of the power failure and it was reported to the Council for their urgent attention.
We regret the inconvenience that our clients are suffering as a result of the power failure.

We have reported the matter at the Council more than once. If tenants can also call the Council and quote the reference number, it may put more pressure on them to give priority to the matter.
Kindly note that Management of Carnival Gardens are also working with the Council to try to identify and resolve the problem.
