No electricity
Zero stars to give....My electricity went off around 6pm and i bought it but its still not loaded. Currently left with no electricity and no one is responding to calls and text...this is unacceptable!!!

We regret the inconvenience that you have suffered.
The lines may be very busy at times, and our advice is to purchase before the meter switched off. If the meter has switched off and the systems are very busy with delivering tokens, yours will be in the queue for delivery. The best way to prevent that is not to wait until it goes off.
The system shows that the electricity did switch back on, but please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on the office line should you require any further assistance.
