Negative balance
I need people to ask agents before signing their lease who is helping with water and electricity, because the management also does not know anything but will give you attitude.. They can never explain what it means but will take your electricity, every morning you will wake up to a negative balance then they will say something is leaking but never find it..
They have horrible service so I will suggest you ask before because you will work for water and electricity

You need to understand that nobody can take your electricity. The appliances inside your unit is what is using the electricity and it is only the residents inside the household who have control over that. Whatever is used inside your unit is measured and you pay accordingly.
The consumption for this month so far is as follows:
Remaining Credit: R 85.01 on 11/10/2024 07:54 AM
Consumption since latest invoice (10 days)

This is not high consumption at all, and for the whole month you should spend around R660 for electricity and hot & cold water. All the daily readings, consumption figures etc is displayed on your OAMI profile and it is unclear what you regard to be problematic.
We would however love to provide any clarity that you may need. You are welcome to visit our offices for an agent to sit down with you and we can then go through everything with you
