Nay

I bought prepaid electricity 3 times in December, and it was never loaded. Today i got an sms saying i have 3.47 kwh left, when i had paid R1100 for electricity. When i called the office,i was told that their system had crashed during December and none of my requests had been attended to. Not a single person called to inform us of system crashing and giving us another alternative to pay or get electricity. So what happens if they cut my lights off?? Very disappointed in the service proovided. I am appaled by protea metering
