****my Shared Services Charges

Every day an amount for shared services is subtracted from by balance. The most confusing this is this amount changes everyday, last week it ranged from R5.00 to R8.38 this morning it's R13.95. I've called them on several occasions but no one in their call center can explain these fluctuating charges. This is very ****my and would appreciate explanation of how this amount is determined.
