Move away from Protea Metering

Protea Metering shouldn't be a service provider for hard working paying individuals. I will speak for the whole area of Rooihuiskraal North as Protea Metering is the supplier of electricity in the area. When people buy units we still don't get our tokens loaded into our smart meter boxes and individuals still end up having no power. When you call they after hours emergency line, the number is always saying 'user busy" so you constantly have to keep wasting your airtime to call until it rings for someone to answer the call (note that their after hours line is only open till 20:00 pm) so you as a paying individual must fight for your life to get hold of them if not you're *****ed as they close the line and you end up having no power for the whole night until their offices open in the morning at 08:00 am. Protea Metering as an institution is disgusting and should not categorize themselves as a private company but public because our public government service providers are bad anyway and that's where Protea Metering belongs. Big respect to Midcity as they understand that their customers are paying customers and therefore they must deliver. Run away from Protea Metering if you can.
