miscalculation

I have two days without electricity . I bought R50 electricity on Sunday and they claimed I owed R43k same day . they switched off my electricity on Monday morning then I had to contact them . when I contacted them they started saying our water readings were incorrect, now you owe 800, 600 and 400 and 262 . they following day it went up to 53k and I engaged with the building manager and it rectified and now I'm owing 129 . the price I'm owing isn't the same as the one I was owing which was 262 . remember I have bought 50 electricity and no one is talking about the electricity I have bought and I don't know how do they charge and I don't trust their water readings at all .
