Meter keeps going offline
I’m a Lake Xanadu resident, unit 11 block 9, every time after the load shedding my meter takes about 2 hours to come back online, I reported this issue to the contact centred service agent on Tuesday, repeatedly on Wednesday, Thursday & today, they keep telling me that they’ve created a job card and a technician will come after 4pm to resolve the matter, now my meter completely offline.
Honestly, this is not acceptable, don’t commit to something you can’t deliver

The meters, just like any other electronic device unfortunately gets affected by the repeated load shedding. Our Technical Department is unfortunately a bit overwhelmed by the number of call outs that they are attending to and they are trying their level best to attend to each one as quickly as possible.
The portfolio manager for your complex will be in contact with you shortly to provide you with feedback on the progress.
Kind regards
