Inflated billing and poor customer service

Protea Metering charges me, on average a ridiculous amount of R2800 for water & electricity for a 1 bedroom unit!!! Their billing is exorbitant and Hill of Good Hope 2 needs to stop using them as a service provider as their staff is also lazy and selectively helpful.
