Impossible, inaccurate and ridiculous billing
Water and sewerage reading inaccurate, impossible and ridiculous, how possible is it that a couple and a 3 year old child that are always not at home pay R671 more for water and sewerage compering to the neighbours that are always home, more than 3 adult occupants. Then you giving an excuse that there must be a leak, I stay in this apartment if there was any leakings I would be the first one to know about it, I reffered few colleagues to stay here they never payed anything more than R100 for water and sewerage , the other one had a leaking pipe that was fixed 2 months after she reported the leak but still the highest bill she payed was R107, then you have the guards to charge me R721 for water and sewerage only and still pay R500 for electricity while my neighbours are paying Less than R50 for water and sewerage and R300 for electricity every month where is the logic in all this.
The mere recording of a reading does not give us any control over the number of kl going through the meter - that is solely controlled by the occupants of the unit. Although there are some of your neighbors who are indeed using less water, but some are using even more that you.
A snip of the graph reflecting your consumption shows how drastically your consumption usually increases over a weekend. It also shows that your consumption never drops to 0 - indicative that you most likely do have a leak.
