I want my electricity to be restored

I reside in Summerset, Midrand Area, I bought electricity this morning and it hasn't been activated and I called Midrand office the Callad there is so rude and again I called Centurion office the lady at 10am said she will restart the services and should be restored in 20mins time. I would like to escalate Protea Metering as I have a kid in the house and don't even know what to do. My baby is hungry and crying and the guy are not even doing anything to fix this emergency.
