Horrible service. Horrible system.

I’m not happy with the service provider. Protea metering is one of the most expansive electricity supplier. They also provide a horrible service. They are always updating their systems without informing us as clients. The app never works, every time you buy electricity somehow the system doesn’t respond , you never get your units, it’s always delayed. Sometimes the app doesn’t work, it will show units but yet your lights will be off. It doesn’t send notifications anymore. I purchased units on the 1st of June this year, apparently the system was not working, so my units couldn’t load. Till today I still don’t have those units, I’ve called , I’ve emailed, I’ve sent bank statements still nothing, money left my account and I still didn’t get electricity. I’m really frustrated by Protea Metering, I would not recommend them to anyone, it’s just a nightmare using them.
