Guessing and icorrect billing

<p>I stay in a complex and i am not home during the day and on other days. My electricity bill has trippled for the past 3 months and when i called for explanation all i get is threats that if i dont pay my electricity will be cut off.</p> <p>I just need to understand how the billing is done and calculated as i believe it is thumb sucked. Last December i was home for 10 days and my bill was higher than when i am home.</p>
