Great people service

I'm a country where service to the public sucks, it's so refreshing when you come across someone who goes all out to render service to the public.

I would like to convey my appreciation and gratitude to Nondumiso ( I can't remember her surname) for an excellent service to my fiancée and I when we really needed help. We had just moved in to a new place and the estate agent had not done what she was supposed to , she had not told us that we had to register for water and electricity, the previous tenant was owing and had not cancelled, it was a Friday when we found out, we didn't have electricity, the lease agreement didn't have the owner's signature, etc etc. It was Nondumiso who came to the party, taking her time to explain to us what needed to be done. There was la lot of running back and forth with the estate agent, requesting the outstanding documents and when we finally got them Nondumiso made sure we had been properly registered and we could purchase electricity. She even called to explain everything and answered the questions I had. What a relief it was knowing I would have a great weekend. NONDUMISO YOU'RE A STAR ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
