Electricity bought on sunday not loaded
I bought electricity on Sunday (26/07/2020) using the Investec bank account and it is still not loaded till today

Most often when a voucher did not load, it may be the result of the payment not reflecting on our bank statement, and that may be the result of a number of reasons.
