****ed up Service !!!!!

the wrst experiance ever, if your looking to move to any place that is handled by Protea metering PLEASE DONT , you will regret it your whole life, bad service from call center to credit control they dont give a **** at all, there is a lady called RIA she never takes calls but supposedly a decision maker....... @enca@eskom Please investigate, I have sent an email and i have attached all correspondence and call recordings.

They cut my electricity i cant buy and i have anew born in the house , and we are being prejudice for something we didn't know of no communication what so ever. I am not backing down, they will regret treating us the way they did for a simple situation ,
