Discusting Service and High Billing

<p>I have Contacted Protea Metering 3 Times i can never get throug to Raymond. he doesnt answer my calls and will always call me back i am now waiting 3 Days and nothing!!!!!!! My Bill is Double what is always is. I am Getting Charged for things that i have never been charged for and i cant get an answer to this regard.</p>
