Discrepancies in Electricity and Water billing

I am completely dissatisfied with this company. Despite my moderate and consistent electricity usage, my credit wallet depletes at an alarmingly rapid rate, far exceeding any reasonable expectation of consumption. R100 electricity fails to last me a day, even with not cooking, not using a heater or anything that requires a high amount of electricity.
